Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

LarsCo LLC is committed to making roamiq.com and the ROAMiQ Cloud dashboard usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is a design priority for new features and a continuous-improvement target for existing ones.

2. Conformance target

We aim for substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is the same target referenced by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act in current US Department of Justice guidance.

3. Current conformance status

The Site is partially conformantwith WCAG 2.2 AA as of the effective date. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are working to fix the gaps and to prevent new ones from being introduced.

4. Known issues

We track accessibility issues openly. Currently known gaps:

• Some product photography on the home page lacks descriptive alternative text suitable for screen readers; we are auditing.
• Embedded marketing video may not have synchronised captions for all titles. If you need a transcript or captioned version, please contact us — see §5.

We update this list as issues are identified and resolved.
